We are thrilled to invite you to Kansas City's Favorite Friday Night: PigaPalooza at the American Royal World Series of Barbecue.
This party on the dirt will be held inside our new barns at 1899 American Royal Way, Kansas City, KS, 66109 with plenty of food and fun.
A whole hog competition will showcase some of the region's most talented pitmasters, and together we will crown a new PigaPalooza champion!
You can expect a full barbecue buffet with Prairie Fresh pork tenderloins, classic Zarda sides, a Snake River Farms wagyu hot dog bar and full bar featuring Buffalo Trace, Anheuser-Busch products, and an assortment of Delicato Wines.
Live music from Outlaw Jim & The Whiskey Benders so bring your dancing boots!
5:30 pm: Doors & bars open
6:00 pm: Presentation of team hogs begins; samples available after each team presentation.
6:00 pm: Food buffets open
7:00 pm: Outlaw Jim & The Whiskey Benders take stage
9:00 pm: PigaPalooza champion crowned
10:30 pm: Event concludes
